?? What You'll Be Doing

?? Tax Preparation & Compliance

• Prepare and review Consolidated and Multi-State Tax Returns from start to finish
• Ensure timely and accurate tax filings for a diverse client base
• Complete year-end tax reporting and compliance requirements

?? Tax Research & Analysis

• Research federal and state tax laws and regulations
• Provide guidance and recommendations on tax-related matters
• Stay current on tax law changes impacting clients

?? Client & Accounting Support

• Perform bookkeeping support as needed for clients
• Assist with year-end accounting and tax engagements
• Work closely with team members to ensure exceptional client service

?? Process Improvement

• Identify opportunities to improve tax return preparation processes and workflow efficiencies
• Support ongoing operational and administrative projects

? What We're Looking For

Required:

? Proven experience preparing Consolidated Tax Returns

? Proven experience preparing Multi-State Tax Returns

? CTEC, EA or CPA

? Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations

? Ability to independently manage tax engagements from start to finish

? Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Preferred:

? Experience with CCH Axcess software

? Public accounting experience

? Bookkeeping and client accounting support experience
